The 55th Annual Black Walnut Festival is quickly approaching with scheduled dates of Thursday, October 8th through Sunday, October 11th. The festival committee is truly indebted to, and reliant on, our marvelous community minded business owners and individuals to make each year a success.

Proudly, we will be celebrating our 55th year of hosting this exciting staple of our community's heritage. To ensure yet another successful and memorable festival we will need a parade of support.

As a supporter, your appreciated patronage will be listed in our award winning program, state and local newspapers, statewide and local radio announcements as well as state and local television broadcasts. The deadline for having your name printed in the Black Walnut Festival program is August 15, 2009.

Due to the cost of producing the Black Walnut Festival--one of, if not, the biggest and most well attended festivals in the state of West Virginia--we are seeking your help. For 2009 we have several newly redesigned sponsorship levels to better enable businesses to use the Black Walnut Festival as a vehicle to promote their business's name.
