1. Entries must be grown by the exhibitor. An exhibitor is allowed one entry per class.
2. Entries will be received 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Wednesday, October 07; and 8:00 AM – 12:00 Noon on Thursday, October 08 at Heritage Park Community Building, 110 Church St, Spencer, WV.
3. Label containers with exhibitor’s name and address and the name of the flower or plant.
4. Plants and containers must be clean and free of debris. DO NOT USE PAPER CONTAINERS.
5. Ribbons will be awarded. 1st Place, Blue; 2nd Place, Red; 3rd Place, White; and Best of Show. Judging will be at 12:00 Noon on Thursday, October 08.
6. Entries may be picked up Sunday, October 11 from 4-5 PM. Those remaining afterward may be discarded.
7. The Garden Club, Festival Committee, and City cannot be responsible for the safety of persons or personal property, although reasonable care will be taken for the protection of both.
